How often do we meet?Based on the current research, you get the best results from weekly therapy appointments. There are times however that you and your therapist may decide to meet more often. When you feel you are ready to graduate, we use a tapering off protocol so that you can fully transition into life without therapy while ensuring your growth sticks and results last.

How long will therapy take? This is a common question with a variable answer. Every person is unique - that is their histories, goals, relationships, strengths, challenges, and circumstances are all different. The duration of treatment will depend on what each person brings to the therapeutic table. That being said, some aspects of treatment duration are in our control. Sticking to the goals you come into therapy with, doing the homework that may be recommended, and coming to therapy consistently will yield results the fastest.
-
Where do we meet for session? We are a telehealth group practice which means you get to meet one of our therapists in the comfort of your own space (with a zoom link!).
-
Which therapist on your team do I meet with? The beauty of a group practice is there are options to choose from! Who you meet with is based on your gender, personality, and scheduling preferences, and how that aligns with our availability. We do our best to match you with not just a skilled clinician, but one that best "gets" you and is best suited to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.

-
What is your fee?Our rates range from $200-$300 depending on the provider and session length. The price is the same for all services including individual and couples sessions as well as intake and treatment sessions. We recognize that finances can be a great barrier to receiving care, so we do offer sliding scale fees for those with financial need. We also provide superbills that can be submitted to insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursements. Should a session require more time, you and your therapist will discuss availability, and the fee will be prorated.
-
Do you offer sliding scale? As part of our dedication to serve every individual seeking quality care, our practice incorporates "sliding scale," or reduced rates, to those with financial need. How does it work? We have a designated number of sliding scale appointments designated in our calendars, which are offered to qualifying individuals based on availability. Sliding scale rates last for at least one (1) year. To find out if you qualify, please email us at info@embracetherapy.net We would never want finances to be the barrier of getting the support you deserve.
-
Do you take insurance? We provide superbills upon request which our clients can submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
